There is no charge to bill payers to register for our service, bills are presented to you free of charge and if you decide to make your payments on-line, only a small convenience fee will apply... simply tell us which bills you want to receive electronically and when your billing data has been collected you will be notified by Email - yes, it's that easy!

In order for us to present your bills in a secure environment, you must have a paper copy of your bill to complete the attached enrollment form. In order to prevent fraudulent use of our system and comply with our Privacy Policy, General BSI requires all new users to provide certain personal information. For your security and protection, General BSI uses 128-bit SSL encryption and information may be verified with a credit reporting agency prior to billing data retrieval.
