Call Centre Associates - Canada - Western
Remuneration - Salary (based on experience), Commission
We are currently seeking Call Centre Associates for placement in our Western Canada Call Centre. Successful applicants will have a background in tele-sales, or retail sales and have customer service experience. This is a fast-paced call centre environment and a goal-oriented attitude is mandatory! All applicants MUST be fluent in English and multilingual applicants will receive preference.

Consultant/Trainer - Customer Relationship Management - Canada - Central
Remuneration - Salary (based on experience).
We are seeking an experienced customer service manager with a minimum of five years experience in a related field. The successful applicant will administer the General BSI CRM Training Program to General BSI's Central Canadian client base.
